Small lentil salad with tuna

Cooking Method

Put the 3αλφα Small lentils in a large pot of water and add the bay leaf. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Remove from the hrat and strain the lentils.

Put water again in the pot and let it come to a boil. Once boiling, add back in the lentils and simmer for 40 minutes. Remove from the heat, strain , and transfer  in a large bowl. Chop the onions and cherry tomatoes and add them in.  We also add the tuna.

In a small bowl mix the olive oil with lemon juice, white balsamic, salt and pepper to create the dressing.

Pour ontop of the salad and stir. We serve directly.
