Pasta with lentils Bolognese

Cooking Method

Put the 3αλφα Large Lentils in a large pot of water and with the bay leaf. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Then we strain and keep the lentils aside.

Put fresh water again in the pot and let it boil.

Once boiling, add the lentils back in and simmer for 40 minutes  and strain.

In a large non-stick frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

Add the tomatoes, the boiled large lentils, the carrot, parsley, paprika, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti according to the packaging instructions. Strain and serve into the dishes. Add the lentil sauce and serve immediately.
