Bulgur with Chicken and mushrooms

Cooking Method

Put 700 ml of water in a pan and boil the 3αλφα medium bulgur for 2 minutes and until it absorbs the water. Add salt, pepper and mix well.

In a large nonstick pan, put the butter to melt. Once it gets hot, add the chicken slices. We cook by stirring regularly with a wooden spoon, paying attention to the color of the chicken on all sides.

Add the lemon juice. Then add the mushrooms, paprika, salt and pepper and the lemon zest and cook until the mushrooms are soft.

Serve the 3αλφα bulgur on a plate and place the chicken with the mushrooms in the center. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
