Rice with beef and vegetables

Cooking Method

Sauté the meat until it browns, add the wine and allow it to simmer until it softens. In a saucepan, sauté the peppers, cut in strips, the broccoli, the eggplant, the rice and the pine nuts. Once the mixture is golden, empty it into the pot with the meat, add the broth, salt and pepper, and allow it to simmer until all the liquids have been absorbed
