Chocolate Rice pudding with brown rice 10′

Cooking Method

In a pot, pour the 3αλφα Brown Rice 10 ‘, water, milk, zest and cream.

Put the sugar and the star anise into a blender and mix for 1 minute until the anise has dissolved.

Pour the powder created in the pot.

Add the 2 cinnamon sticks, the cocoa powder and the dark chocolate.

Put the pot on medium heat and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring constantly.

Once the mixture starts to thicken, remove from the heat, take out the cinnamon sticks, put the lid on and allow to come to room temperature.

Transfer to bowls and when it is totally cool, place them in the refrigerator.

Tips:

  • If we do not stir constantly, there is a risk that the milk may stick to the bottom of the pot
  • The more we stir, the more our mixture will chill

 

When serving, cut strawberries and decorate.
